At ROXY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
